Update: Xbox 360 US Lag and Connection Issues

One thing about online games I often wonder are they expecting only a few thousand to log on and trash the servers? Why not make a game that'll support a million players and then scale back servers if you need to. It's like they expect the game to do the bare minimum...

So instead, I am posting to every game site I can find NOT to buy this POS.
Tell all your friends not to waste their money!!!!! Unless they offer an immediate fix or compensation.
Maybe they will get the point if they see thousands of these posts all over the web.

Nycturis you make a good point but you would think that most of the issues would be solved before its release but when has anything ever gone according to plan. updates are no biggy as long and the problems get fix hell i've had a few other games that got updates with in the first hour. everyone just needs to stop whining and deal with it so that the tech team can get things done right with out being hounded by everyone to hurry up.

We are not whining. We are simply stating that the last patch needs to be pulled and players compensated for lost script caused by problem patch.

lets see ya we pay for our membership but i cant believe how many times i hear about playstation network cashing or being hacked all the time. so ya ill pay for it if it means i get to not worry bout hackers lol

The lag is outrageous now but was non existent on 360 all day before hand. You may want to roll back the patch.

The game is good just needs better patching and patch monotoring.

They patched it last night and it worked great they patch it today and now i cant play it again come on i just wanna play your game!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I think they should just give us 10,000 Bits and that'll be the end of it. Everyone will be able to buy something nice for themselves and I'm sure everyone will be happy. The lag is going to continue for a little. The game isn't even a week old people. Every MMO goes through these stages, so stop fretting and just let Trion do their thing. This game will be running perfectly next week and everyone will be happy.

I get that "every MMO" goes through these problems.. but why? Have we come to expect that every mmo will launch bad? every one? Honestly I think the issue here is they raced to meet the date of the show, gave it a week to work some of the the kinks with a test audience and we are participating in a "beta" sorts of release.
