I am missing at least two weapons from my inventory that were good weapons. I know with at least one of them that I had to log out while I was adding an additional mod slot to it. When I logged back in the weapon was gone from my inventory completely, but everything else was there. I think this is what happened with the first good weapon I lost as well.

Lost two good ARs. The first one was the one Joshua Nolan gives you at the end of his questline. The second was a 3 round burst variant with fire nano effects. Both tricked out with all 4 mod slots. Sigh...
Really hoping...scratch that: DEMANDING that they fix this. For a game with such hype and a pricetag of $60 (more for anyone with deluxe editions, etc.), it's unthinkable that we should play a game and lose hours of progress because of some internal flaw with the game or whatever other issue caused this. I lost quest progress, weapons, money, XP and whatever else I got during the 3 hours or so of progress that was basically erased.
I was using the purple assault rifle, fully modded, you get from completing the episode arch. As with most people here it was gone when I logged in.
