DEV - Could you add in-game character creation?

A great idea but I personally wouldn't want it to be too cheap. In my opinion people should really think how they want their character to look like because one reason I play MMOs is to be unique, be it looks/titles/equipment.

Payment options should be either in-game money or in-game money AND real-life money. Only allowing to change your character with real money would suck hard.

possibly later in the game, right now, at launch, when a lot of players don't even realise there are more customisation options than the very basic archetypes presented in the iniital menu's it seem's a bit harsh.

If implemented reasonably quickly (say within 3-4 weeks) I'd suggest an "amnesty" for early players with some kind of one off, non-transferable, free token or something so that those that missed the options the first time round, or that were just unhappy with their initial appearance, can make a one off change before the fashionista's start hammering the system and paying for it.

Just like before the game started, but a shop you can go that will allow you to recreate your character. It could be DLC, cost in-game money or even bits, allow those who choose to re-imagine their character without losing their progress. If you intend to release races this would benefit that aswell. It would be heart breaking to have to restart to use the DLC you just bought. Please at least consider it, if you haven't already, including this feature. The same as the first charactor creator, with race and sexe included. I would gladly pay in-game, even real money, to be able to change my character to male/female or human/irathient. Nothing is worse than creating the perfect character for you to find out it is not, opinions change. If you spent a few months getting to a few thousand EGO and the DEVs release an epic new race, but you have to restart, how excited would you be.

I agree, and in the game we have aliens and such, so you could probably come up with a method that doesnt take the realism out of the game. Let it be plastic surgery if you will. I dont care, there should just be a way to change the core look of the character at times.

A barber would be nice too! (think there's a thread about that one.)

Yes, more character customization would be welcome.

Also, having a bald/shaved head was not an option for my characters. Not acceptable

You will have to save up just to do it, you also wouldnt be able to do it too early.

I had a full Party Chat on the 360 last night and that's the biggest issue we were talking about, but then again maybe we are just too vein.

id love to have an option for this.

The customisation options in character creation were hidden just well enough that I didn't see them when I created my "main" and now it's permanently hidden behind a helmet so I don't have to look at the pre-generated mess that is my characters face.

My Other half did this too
