Weapons lost and not able to mod character

I recently started the Kronkite bunker mission. Everything was fine until I entered the bunker. Once inside I went into my inventory and my two favorite weapons were gone and I am now unable to change my character's loadout. The first was the assault rifle that Joshua Nolan gives you at the end of his quest line. I had it modded for 3 slots with a high capacity magazine, recoil dampening stock and a power bore II barrel. The second weapon was another assault rifle with a green camo paint job that fired 3 round bursts with a fire nano effect. It had 4 mod slots with high capacity magazine, stabilization sight, recoil dampening stock, and a barrel that gave it +5 falloff damage. Both weapons were leveled up completely. I want these weapons back as I put a fair amount of time into getting them where I wanted them. I also want to be able to change my character loadouts. Right now I cannot change weapons in the equipment screen nor can I switch weapons during combat. This is unacceptable. With out these elements available I am at a severe disadvantage when playing.

Able to mod character now but I am still missing my weapons.

Sadly this is a known issue that's been hitting everyone hard. I lost that similar quest assault rifle Friday when I was in the middle of a arkfall. Basicly the only way I found out how to equip a weapon in the bugged equipment slot is when your in your inv space select the weapon and hit enter (if your on pc) that will force the weapon to equip.
They devs been saying to contact the CS people but so far I been strikeing out trying to get the weapons I lost restored. I have one ticket so far that's been open all weekend that has yet to get replied and a couple other tickets I am still fighting to get something done.

Who did you contact to put in a ticket?

On PS3 it's under settings where you have the option to log out. I think the second one down is support team and you open tickets there. I assume other platforms are in the same place.

there are many many many threads about this stuff already
