2 of my weapons disappeared with 5 mods (3x Tier II and 2x TierIII mods). My one weapon went into the matrix to add another mod that came out without the additional mod or ark salvage points refunded (about 27k Ark points). I created a ticket and waited long for a reply. Finally went the GM replied they only gave me 2 random items which was **** compared to what I had and some **** SC boost.
I am not happy with that kind of refund as that does not cover what was lost. In fact if you bought a hard drive 8 months ago from a pc shop and it breaks, and they can't replace the hard drive with the same one the shop will give you the next best or better. They should be doing the same. I feel they should at least give you a Tier4 lockbox for losing one blue weapon, 2 for losing a purple and 4 to 5 for losing an orange. For the mods they should give you the mod lockboxes, quantity also according to what level mod was lost because your chances of getting a replacement mod is low in those mod lockboxes.
As you might notice from the above... the game went from enjoyable to down in the dumps for me in no time flat. I'm afraid to play in fear of losing more weapons. And from the patch notes for the big patch today it looks like they STILL did not fix this URGENT problem. You would think they would put this issue as priority #1!!
If weapons are randomly disappearing, what's the point in playing anymore? We don't, and they know we don't just play the missions to watch the story. If that were the case, they could spend less time and less money making an online show that we pay per episode than a video game. In a game like this, your weapons are integral. You spend your time running ark falls and doing missions to get more/better weapons, not just virtually hang out with random people all over the globe. That's what chat rooms were made for. They should un-patch, and release smaller more manageable patches instead of this obviously potentially dangerous move.
think i lost 10-15 blue synergy mods that i had been saving up for the right synergy weapons.. now after the patch, i go to play and they are almost all gone :/ .....also, just noticed that one of my best modded smg's has lost its sight, as in aiming down the sight doesn't show anything, it just zooms in and no crosshair or anything to show what you are shooting at..
yeah this is messed up...pretty upsetting when all this time and effort is poured into getting/upgrading weapons only to have them randomly dissapear.
Whats the point of playing till this is fixed?

I went to add a mod slot to it, and just about the time it would have been done, the game hard froze my ps3, after restarting the Playstation and getting back in the game it was gone!! This is incredibly disappointing, makes me worry about getting any good drops in this game!! Oh yeah, I have put in a ticket for this, we'll see if it get's took care of or not.
Lost a fully moded purple assault rifile & some mods, maybe something else can't remember....
