    They eventually get around to it,
    I had requested info about my challenger I didn't get from the pre-order and to my surprise I actually had it today.

    It's just taking them time probably due to the amount of people that are actually having issues in general you gotta think of it like a queue system they only have x amount of support people and y amount of tickets to answer and they probably only answer them in the order which they're being received.

    That and I'm pretty sure the support/GM team have no ability to add items to the accounts as that would be a bit of an issue, so they probably only have the developers do it which means your problems get escalated and then the developers have to look at it and when they're dealing with the mass amount of issues that have been going on it takes awhile.

    I made a ticket at April 02 and I'm still waiting for an answer or my DD items. So their support is as abmyssal as their chat system.

    Thanks for the support, and I am intending to keep the basic game just now that im lvl 211 and my 3 day exp boost is over, I see no need for the Deluxe Digital Items that were to help me in the begining of the game.

    I understand your frustration OP. I too put in a ticket on 4/2. Have no response from Trion nor my DE items. I have gotten all the pre order items and Arkfall codes tho.

    Bumping this thread, since I can't get a reply from Trion nor my items.

    Weirdly, I ticketed it to the EU servers, and got a faster reply there instead of the US ticket service.

    after 2 tickets via support mail with no result, i decided to go for live support (the chat thing on the support page) it was quite a bit of time to wait until someone could attend me, but they solved the problem in less than 5 minutes, it's true the GM said that it is easy if you buy directly from trion, but i am shure they can solve the problem if you bought from somewhere else...so go for live support, more efficient and it;s worth the wait...

    I ended up giving up on the ticket i had issued after having one submitted since day one and followed instructions posted in another thread and used live chat. 3 hours of waiting, 2 mins of chatting and the issue was fixed. It seems the DE items are only being fixed via Live Chat.

    The GM did state that they where hiring and training new staff as fast as they could.
