They eventually get around to it,
I had requested info about my challenger I didn't get from the pre-order and to my surprise I actually had it today.
It's just taking them time probably due to the amount of people that are actually having issues in general you gotta think of it like a queue system they only have x amount of support people and y amount of tickets to answer and they probably only answer them in the order which they're being received.
That and I'm pretty sure the support/GM team have no ability to add items to the accounts as that would be a bit of an issue, so they probably only have the developers do it which means your problems get escalated and then the developers have to look at it and when they're dealing with the mass amount of issues that have been going on it takes awhile.
