Opening lockboxes with full inventory

So i have 64 key codes I've got the scrip, i buy a tier 4 lock box but only receive 1 of the 4 items i should get and i get a inventory full warning message.... i didn't realize this before i bought the lock box T_T. So Trion no overflow no way to get what i paid for, I'm pretty pissed right now...

Had the same issue exactly and no way to access the stuff I was supposed to get. Totally sucks.

I submitted a ticket and it was either deleted and ignored, or there is yet another glitch and it was deleted with anyone actually seeing it.

I want to keep giving this game a chance but the piling issues are making it very frustrating to do so.

This is correct. No overflow is lost it is pushed back into ur claims.

just had the same issue, check in the defiance store and looked under claim items, nothing was there. even logged out and logged back on to see if it would appear. nothing

While it is an annoying thing and should be looked at, why the hell do you guys constantly keep opening boxes while your inventory is full? Sell/salvage all the useless items, it's not like you need ~30 weapons/shields/grenades as backup

Do you guys mean go to the merchant? Confused on what you meant by defiance store. I forgot to sell my items before i bought a lock box also (dumb i know) and the same thing happened to me. I went to the merchant and I couldn't find the "claim items" All I could see is a buy, sell, and buy back option. Help? Just started...sorry if I am overlooking something simple

no,,,, open the menu wheel up and point down and select that option,, that is the defiance store where you can purchase 'bits' etc etc... You can open this menu wherever you are in the world... just stay away from mobs as they can still attack you when you're looking at it lol
