i did 30 hellbug arkfalls they rarly drop ammo maybee 1 in 50 this is way too low did the robot one where is the ammo on the major arkfalls

yes i got it equiped it just aint giving me ammo for kills
I get ammo galore from enemies that actually use ammo such as Raiders,Miners and Mutants.

I think the perk gives more ammo in each pick up, dont think it makes it drop more often. And major arkfalls have ammo boxes at them.
I have mine maxed out (wanted that EGO check box) and I get a ton of stuff. During arkfalls with the hellions/matrons I just find the ammo box nearby though because those are different. This game isn't supposed to be TOO easy now
New to this style of game, enjoying it so far!

Its around but the graphics have been tuned down you wont be locking peoples systems up with it now and lagging them out.
As stated, the perk increases the gain from each dropped ammo cache, not the frequency of the drops themselves.
And just go to the added ammo boxes during arkfalls, or use your third or fourth weapon type if needed. This is not a two-gun game.
