Lost progress!

Welp, 4 hours or so of gaming lost after logging in today. I'm not the only one, and that's a shame. I was having a lot of fun playing the game. I mean, shooting lots of baddies and upgrading weapons are some of my favorite things to do (though there's very little in-game explanation of how to do a lot of stuff), but when you play for a few hours and lose all that progress, it makes you wonder when it will happen again. Is it worth it to sink more time into a game that doesn't track your progress? Especially if you find that awesome new weapon or beat a dozen missions, then have to do it all over again.

I sincerely hope that this problem is not only fixed, but that reparations are made to all the players who lost Scrip, gear XP and progress through no fault of their own. We pay good money for games like this and expect that problems like losing all of our progress won't exist in a game where we have no control over the recording process. If it was a standard game where I need to save every so often or I could die and lose everything, then I would understand. But this game has dedicated servers and hardware made to maintain all of our progress. I don't even know how something like this happens, but I hope it doesn't happen again.

Until reparations are made, I don't think I'll be playing the game anymore. There's just no point sinking hours into a game where I may not get to keep what I earn in it. If anyone else has had this problem, please post under this message so that the devs and rest of the community are made aware of this huge flaw!

I would suggest you either contact the live support or submit a ticket describing exactly what you lost. The more detail you can provide the greater chance you have of getting a resolution to your problem.

How exactly was the progress lost? Can't log in to the character any more? Can log in to the character but it's the same as it was 4 hours ago?
