I ordered mine just an hour or so before the price jump. Happy days. Now I just have to hope it's delivered on time
I thought the Ultimate Edition was a Gamestop exclusive? I know it's not in stock, but it still says on the official website that it's Gamestop only. Yet that £79.99 is the price shown for the Ultimate Edition, so is is possible Amazon are doing it in the UK? If so, do they have the exclusive or is that in addition to Gamestop?
To be honest from the state of things just now, I don't think there are fixed answers - I suspect negotiations are still ongoing.

I ordered SC2 CE from mycom.nl for 60 euros at release, official price was 89 -99 euros and i still only paid 60 for it.
In amazons case it would be misguided to sell it lower and then just demand to get more out of it when they sold enough of them....
Amazon Gave a 100% price freeze guarantee when the price was at £63. I Pre-ordered and have it all in writing. Basically anyone who bought it at the price before they changed it will be fine.
Thats what I thought, but in the preorder price guarantee terms(at the bottom) it says that it doesn't apply in the case of a mis-pricing.
Where does it say that? I'm looking at it on the official website Pre-order Page, and it still says in all caps "GAMESTOP EXCLUSIVE" under Ultimate Edition. The prices are in Pound Sterling too, so it's not like it's the US version of the page.
Of course I realise you're obviously quite right that it's available at Amazon, I just can't find that out from Trion's site on that pre-order page. If there's a better place to check I'd appreciate a link. Thanks in advance

If you look at the physical box you scroll down you will see at which stores its available for pre order, so to me that is not gamestop exclusive anymore. =)

It says Amazon.fr amazon.de discshop.fi Gamezone Webhallen and gamestop is not even in the list anymore i just noticed Oo
Trion probably didn adjust the list yet on their website to remove the gamestop exclusive line.
