    thank you for the updates. personally, I am not all that frustrated. Now if I were paying a monthly fee to play I would be a little grumpy. And if you were keeping us in the dark I would be down right angry trying to return the game for a refund. It is also understandable that beta testing may have been a bit rushed Afterall you rally couldnt move the release back without moving the series back. Keep up the good work on keeping us informed. Now back to your blinking light!

    Again this is why I will never hesitate to purchase a Trion game, Ty so much for the update and we all appreciated the hard work and continued updates.

    The game runs flawlessly for me. Patching takes ~ half an hour for a FULL patch. And yet, I do believe them when others post that it's terrible for them.

    I hope the development team/network analysts are keeping in mind that if they're doing their analytics on the same machine this could easily slow things down instead of using hardware in-between even then actually checking the traffic can cause lag in general, depending on the methods being used.

    I recall a network I worked on where they always lagged and couldn't figure it out for years where it was something simple like they had a hardware firewall on the front-end which was actually attempting to log all outgoing/incoming TCP transactions, that was a nightmare to explain to them.

    Beyond that I haven't played on Xbox myself I've dealt with the backend of the stuff when it came to development and reverse engineering Microsoft certainly has some interesting software you're required to run to make things compatible with Xbox Live.

    If I was on your development team dealing with half that stuff I would've shot myself already.

    This right here, makes me want to buy the game.

    people might read that statement and say, "dude wth, he just said this game is broken as F*&^". This is true; the game isn't perfect.

    But Trion is working harder than any developer I've seen in recent years to provide a quality product. Best customer service in the business- I was super sad to leave Telara after a year-long stay, and I've sorely missed Trion's dedication to making the players KNOW beyond a doubt they are more than just a dollar sign and an account number on some report. We are valued.

    I'll be getting my copy (and a copy for my girl) on Monday. See you all on the frontier.

    I love these posts, they have character and they're informative and I hope you keep doing them daily for the first week or two at least (and then at least once a week after, or well more if you want of course <3)

    please keep these up so many companies lose their customers because theres no communication between them and the customer when it comes to issues and patching, i like that you're holding your hands up and saying, this is broke, as is this, and this, and this isn't quite right. rather than the usual our game is perfect, its obviously your side not ours thats the problem. and i applaud and respect you for this amount of transparency, and i'm looking forward to the patch when it comes, and reading the patch notes when they come to see what i can expect to see in the game so i can look out for them so i can submit feedback on the bug fixes
