Two Questions

1st On an assult rifle barral mod it says falloff dam +5 is that drop rate for accuacy just not sure

2nd on the Pumped Up perk it says when you fully reload your weapon does that mean your clip must be empty or u just cant load say one shell if its a pump shottie

I'm not sure what you're asking in your first question. But the further you are away from a target the less damage you do, falloff damage + 5 means that you'll do more damage than normal at long range.

as for pumped up, you need to reload from zero
