I get a page that sez I don't have permission when post an image, and to contact my Admin

That is not photobucket at fault. It is this forum having issues. As Fasti said above me, they know the forum seems to be having odd permission issues. That is all you ran into. Photobucket still works on here, as my pics show. You just ran int a permission bug. I ran into it last night when I clicked the report button to report a spammer.
