I ran into a bug with one of the detonator weapons. The VBI Ground Pounders (Manual det, releases smaller charges too) show a damage rating of 0x3 for both Min. and Max damage. I haven't tried using it in combat as of yet, but a friend found an identical weapon and it had the same damage rating. It would be helpful to find out what the min and max damage ratings should be.
