Not in game yet, you can get the camo version though along with camo armor version of the spd armor, its from scrapworks pursuit

Its looks like you only get the camo helmet as a reward from the pursuit. Thanks for posting though!

nope, full outfit like all the pursuit rewards, i'd know I got a majority of them, including the one in question.

Where would the Scrapworks Pursuit be located? Sorry, I'm just starting the game out and I saw that armor and I think it'll go great with the Commando that I'm trying to build.

I think it is pretty silly to bring out that trooper armor WITHOUT the matching helm but we have other helms to maych the armor with =P
