well I don't know about a "trick" but we've been killing him legit on PS3 all night

Yeh Xbox EU has finally got its act together, me personally am farming 8 - 12 WM a day at the moment. We nailed him with over 5 mins left on the clock the other day which for EU I thought was amazing.

There were two different instances going at the same time last night and my friend got put into a different one than the rest of us. But war master was defeated in both at almost the same time. People are just getting together now over their friend lists and clan lists and making this happen.

I didn't even fight anything inside or outside, I spent the whole time messaging friends to try and get them there. This is how to do it. And it makes all the fuss over the coming private instances unnecessary. No need to waste hunter reqs when we can do this.

I remember my first wm kill its sweeeeeet he's been dropping quite lot lately, hoping this is due to organized players and not a downscale. Maybee its time to bring my thread back to life now?

I don't think there's been a downscale.. or that there is a "trick" to beating him beyond the normal strategy. He does not seem any easier. We are just being organized and bringing a ton of people. No more randoms or trying to just gather people in zone. Cuz we are all in different shards. So we are doing alot of gathering through clan and private chat. Also, restarting beforehand so we don't crash while entering.

With great reluctance, and after a little bit of begging from a friend I won't name, I joined one last night.

The WM broke the locks within seconds of me arriving. It was then that I realized I had the wrong load out for the instance {I had deleted my WM load out several months ago} Thankfully, my regular load out is a high dmg ar and my wolfhound.

Regardless of me not being prepared, we still spanked that monkey. Was reminiscent of runs we used to make. No CF's and only a couple bmg's. Scored a pretty nice syphon needler!

Tried to join another one and promptly dc'd. Ah, the life of PS3 play.

Was fun though.

Yes, I learned the tricked of restarting the game prior to big events early on (if possible) to increase (not necessarily guarantee) my chances of actually getting inside. Funny enough though, I saw it on the map and headed straight there, fought outside, crashed while going inside, then did a goto clanmate to get back inside which did work after staring at the floor for a minute or so and getting thrashed by some volge during that time. If I would have chose a different clanmate I would have ended up in a spinoff instance that did not beat the WM, so I picked the right one as it turned out. It was awesomeness at its core! :-)

Its good to hear everyone is starting to figure out on all platforms how to properly put down a warmaster, everytime.
