Episode missions - glitched or not many of them yet?

I have done three so far and have one available but doing more story or side missions should open more up

I highly doubt this as I am all the way over in San Fran which is a good 3-6 hours of gameplay (depending on your playstyle) and I've not had anymore open up. Since they are Episode missions I would assume that more will become available as the show progresses.

Spoiler alert!:

The last boss you have to beat to unlock the last story achievement is nim in san francisco. The last sequence is showing that Von Bach is a robot actually so there's an open ending leading to episode 2.
