UK Access to tvshow without access to the SyFy channel

Hey!

I'm just wandering if there's any way to watch the series legitimately in the UK if you don't have access to the SyFy channel. I'd rather not have to watch the low quality streams for a TVShow I actually want to watch. You can buy the season pass on the US iTunes but since my account is UK based I can't make the purchase to download the episodes as they are released. Will they be released to the UK store at some point (before the end of the whole series) just so I can stay up-to-date.

Any help anyone could offer would be great,

I live in Norway myself and have no Access to SyFy. So Our only option seems to be to resort to pirating the TV series to be able to watch them and follow the tie in to the game.

I really do not understand why they didn't create a streaming service for this TV show through similar season passes (like the DLC ones), so everyone who bought and playing this game, has no Access to SyFy, can still watch the TV show legitimately via the web browser!

Unsure if its on UK iTunes but iTunes US gift card and make US account is the only legit way i can think of.

maybe someone can run the show through their pc and then post it somewhere in the forums. not sure if that is considered pirating, but i wouldnt think so. you can record it easily enough.

Yeah kind of in the same boat here but from The Netherlands...

For the netherlands it's even more silly, as you guys got Access to SyFy (syfy.nl ), but they decided not to broadcast it there (yet). Otherwise I could have asked my Brother to record it for me (as I am Dutch With Family in Holland hehe).

It might be naughty, but personally I wouldn't lose any sleep over watching it via nefarious avenues if you have no other option... I mean, its not like you're even a possible viewer, so they're not losing anything. I'd just make sure to watch/record it when it does air so that they get the viewer numbers they deserve.

Personally I'm in the UK and have Sky TV which does feature SyFy. I wasn't looking forward to the show in the slightest until I picked this up, and now I'll be sure to tune in.

Sorry to hear you guys getting a raw deal though. They should at least give owners of the game options to watch the show legitimately. They want this to be a shared/universal/transmedia experience, so you guys totally deserve the option to watch the show. I agree an in-game app would be an excellent solution. I guess the problem is that advertising is localised rather than global, and adverts bring in a big chunk of the shows $$$/£££/€€€.

You can buy the show in iTunes and on Amazon.com as stream for 30 bucks, but they region locked it to US only!
Especially via iTunes I don't understand why it's region locked. You have to pay as much as for the BluRay when it comes out.
So it's not the ads that is stopping them.
