Hell..i live in America, I don't watch tv. My TV is a glorified table orniment hooked up to a dvd player I never use and no actual tv service going to it.

I watch TV on a rare occasions via the computer, and even then its typically vice documentaries (they are good check them out)

Im not going to pay a cable company $50 a month so I can watch one show, as I have no urge to watch any other tv programs...ever...

I would be interested in (even if they charge for it) the right to watch a high quality stream of the show via syfy.com as I would actually probably have paid for tv service if I was allowed to just only buy the channels I might actually watch rather than a mega pack bloated with ****.

syfy: you are utterly ******ed if you do not post your defiance shows on your website, have trion give out game codes to apply to a syfy website account and give us access. Even if you decide to sell the TV season pack for something like $30...give us the option to watch legit else...well you know how the internet works like that. Id rather give people money who deserve it, but given no options (and no im not paying the cable company since they don't sell channels ala carte)

Any updates on this? Can I rely on the EU Playstation store to have the episodes regularly? Or will I have to wait til the whole season is up?

I really do not understand why they didn't create a streaming service for this TV show through similar season passes (like the DLC ones), so everyone who bought and playing this game, has no Access to SyFy, can still watch the TV show legitimately via the web browser!
Do as I've done for years, go Pirate. Then buy the Boxset when it's out, not our fault they air stuff with 6 months delay. We get the show on time, they get their money. My conscious is clear.

See this makes sense to me for Playstation and Xbox owners. People are paying so no loss of revenue and it's open to every region. I've not checked the Xbox marketplace for it yet as I have syfy but might look later just to wonder.

I have noticed with Game of Thrones and their going to be doing the same with Defiance that there is only something like 17 hours between their air dates. that's mainly because US air these things in the am3-4ish there for UK waits 'till night. So I guess they're slowly learning the idea of a global air date. Although I know it's not the same case for most countries.

It's region locked! It's also available via iTunes, as long as you live in either US or UK. Otherwise... tough Luck!

And SyFy keep shutting Down good shows due to poor viewing rates. Well, how could that be? /facepalm!

Yes because clearly ghost hunting and wrestling is putting up viewings. The way SyFy runs since they changed their name is beyond me. Lets turn a channel that's meant to be dedicated to an exact taste into something complete different then wonder why our viewing numbers drop.

I am pretty sure that someone said one of the UK networks would be airing the show, one day after they air in the US

you could try using a vpn and watching it from the syfy website after it airs, most places let you rewatch episodes from their website after its already aired, i have to do it on occasion because i live in canada and US tv companies wont let you watch their stuff if your from canada, even tho it airs on TV here.
