Automatically assigned when you reach Ego 250. You can check your Goals to see how you're doing with it.

theres contracts that yhave a 3 day timer some 7 days some 24 hours..
on a sidenote, can any1 get the von bach mine 99 contract to work? .. cant find the dman implants!
they are on an additional tab that opens up in the goals menu once you reach 250. You know the place where you find your pursuits except it is a mere press of a bumper, r2/l2, or mouseclick away

We can buy 250ego weapons by reputation contracts currency, do that scale (weapons) on 500ego or somthing?
Ahh thanks guy's, I missed the the extra tab, They really should add contracts to the circle bar rather than putting it in the goals section.

No worries I laughed at my self when I realized how stupid I was, I thought originally he was referring to the goals section ability to check on the progress of contracts ( I assumed they were quests in the usual sense)
That was a terrible design choice though, not making them normal quests. I mean they don't even mark locations on the map.
