My character is a mentally handicapped mute

Some other games with cutscenes got the same, Secret World also is fully muted character.

So i prefer my char being muted, then having a voice that totaly not suit him/her. Afterall, it are just cutscenes. Ingame there still is bit of voice

They did handle some of the more subtle body movement, but the face and no voice.. Hmm.

Yeah, I actually liked that character being silent, but it worked in that game. I liked to pretend he was too scared ****less to form words.

So you would prefer a list of voices overs that would fit your style. Me, I would like him to say something. However, I am OK with the silence. As for stoic expressions, considering the shtako they've seen, that's acceptable.
