    Best grenades?

A bit of a noob question: I'd appreciate any thoughts as to best grenade types to keep around. I find myself holding on to every grenade type, although I mainly use frag, pyro and cluster. With the event going on, I want to clear up inventory space, so I would appreciate any guidance as to what grenade types people stick to, and their best uses. Thanks in advance.

OP: Did anyone mention that bio 'nades were the best?

    Because they are!

Hahaha I'm sensing a consensus. Why are bios and Shrill so effective in PvE?

    (And thanks for the responses)

Bios really are great, but you don't necessarily want to use them in every situation. For example, if a team mate is engaging an enemy in CQC, a bio isn't going to help them out.

If you have perks equipped, that apply to a specific nano, you might want to think about equipping that same grenade type; say you have fire perks equipped, then pyros would be a good choice.

It doesn't hurt to have multiple types available anyway for the simple reason that you might run out of grenade charges and aren't getting drops for them. Just equip a different grande type.

If you are relatively new, and don't have all purple or better grenades, the best ones to keep might simply be the highest tier ones that you have.

They are all pretty good in their own ways.

Frags are powerful and hit quick.

Clusters hit harder but are not as direct, and the time it takes the cluster so drop make it a tad bit slower.

Pyros need a bit more bigger blast radius imo. Really not much use in PvE and pretty worthless in PvP.

Infectors can just be tossed around everywhere and they just go. When I see a lot of grenade refills on the ground I switch to them and just run around and throw them over my shoulder.

Shrill are pretty good. An Oj one's pool only lasts 8 seconds... should be 10 imo.

But Bios are over all imo the best. Oj ones have a 15 second duration. In PvP it neutralizes ground. And PvE slows enemies to a near stand still and helps annihilate armor plates.

Bios are really the only ones I use, I don't chuck nades in pvp much, I should probably work on that.
