I'm for Iron Demon Ranch.
Gathering spots with crop up over time. Most will settle around safe areas like the ranch or the crash site, but I'm sure some with search through the wilderness to find a "safe" spot that's kind of secluded and hidden for personal hangouts with friends and such.

Second'd. I mean, come on... it's a ranch, and it's called Iron Demon.
And it has room to mess around in (IE launch missles at each other for no reason), an ammo crate just outside, hay bails to dance on, room to do donuts on the quads.
I say it's perfect.
