Pre-order and Arkcode Lockboxes are 1 time account use!!! :(

Grimjax: I also noticed When I deleted my first character, that no additional characters got any lockboxes that were from the Arkhunter codes, pre-oder, or others...

Grimjax: It was weird, my first character had like two lockboxes, I deleted him and made a character same name and a character with different name and neither one recieved those two lockboxes

GM Noghdel: Ok, sorry for the delay; I was able to confirm that lockboxes are indeed only intended to be claimed once per account.

Grimjax: It was never stated that way, or I would have held off till I was sure about what character I liked...

GM Noghdel: I can definitely understand the confusion, I wasn't aware of this myself. (and I also deleted my first character not too long after creation....)

Actually with Trion, I've never had this much confusion over pre-orders items... I play Rift.

Meh, lockboxes are easy to get anyway Its not gonna make or break anything. Thats my personal opinion anyway, even after opening all the pre-order, dde and arkfall code lockboxes. As long as the rest of the stuff is for every char Im happy.
