The money I paid for bit has come out of my bank account. Have had a confirmation from PSN (pS3 console game). And as of yet nothing. the only replies I have had are canned responses telling me to link my console - which has already been done and confirmed. Still no reply. Managed after 2hrs on live chat at trion to get through someone. They said they would sort it with accounting only to be sent another canned response.
So am left with waiting another week, so I am able to start a bank chargeback for none receipt of goods.
