    Um guys, not all the codes from the retailers worked, I'm in the same boat.
    My account is linked, my ego rewards have been deposited, but no pre-order bonuses.

    Anyone missing any items must live chat with customer support to receive them. This is the only way.

    And im sure they are working on fixing the problem. But coming on here and raging about it is not helping is it. How does saying you will return all your copys and all the sister stores copys help to fix the problem. All i see is someone who needs to feel special coming on here and spouting off. I work to and dont always have time to handle things. How would you feel if your customers came into your store and said hey if you dont give me a price break on this and treat me special i will tell all my friends you and your store are rip off and never to use your store again because you wont give me special service.

    All im asking is that trion explain the situation and tell customers the only way to receive pre order bonuses is through their live chat support. Im not spouting off, or showing off. i run a retail store, promoted this game based on the info their company gave me, and it systematically screwed over every person i enticed with pre order bonuses. It affect my BUSINESS not my experience with the game. The buying department has tried for weeks, since the beta codes were to be given out , to get a hold of trion to get some answers. thats all i ask. And no, i run an independent company, not gamestop. i compete with them. im not a whiny nerd pissed off because my items arent there, its messing with my business. So imagine all the pissed off ppl in here demanding refunds on the forum< they are in my store.

    When you phrase it this way, you are being more rational, and I understand your side better and sympathize with your situation concerning the customers.

    You gotta admit your original posting was a bit of a rant. That's why you've taking so much heat. Hopefully, people will read the bit I quoted above and understand your situation better.
