EDIT** I was able to queue in to Island of the Lost Soldiers with no error. Was waiting on two more people to join. I know this doesn't help you really but maybe it's specific to your account. Good luck.

I am having this same issue I can not start any coop or pvp threw any quick match wile I am alone. If I am in a group I can join coops, pvp ect... however I get the server error message when alone
