cant attach an image to a pm.any one help

I saved images from the web to attatch to a pm. im tryin to pull an image from the gallery of my android phone to a pm.i dont recognize anything like an add attachment button.the picture box asks for a url.any help or a link is appreciated.thank you.

I believe what you want, is to click on the paperclip icon to add an attachment.

Must be an issue with the mobile view or something. Since there is one. in the advanced editor it is next to the (emoticon) icon.

Put the url of the img in img tags like this but without the asterisk

[IMG*]http of img[/IMG*]
