First of all, I've really enjoyed trying the game during the beta weekends - I was completely blown away by how awesome it looks, how smooth it runs (didn't lag or crash a single time!) and by how well the story is handled, I love the voice acting and cutscenes.
Sadly, I find the character customization to be on the very limited side of the scale though - with only a handful of different faces and hairstyles.
I hope there will eventually be more options to choose from, as for me, making a character my own is a pretty huge part of the MMO experience.
All in all I love the game though, and I've ordered myself an ultimate edition yesterday night - I'm also very much looking forward to the show!

Everything OP described has been covered in a Beginners guide video on YT (with permission and even posted by Trion themselves). So yeah, don't think NDA will really cover this.

Actually, since he's describing what he personally encountered in testing, rather than what he observed in a video, it might be. Depends on how Trion looks at it. They're a bit twitchy when it comes to the NDA.
