Defiance Game Crash, Characters Wiped

So I was just in-game, selling weps at a vendor when I got kicked out due to server being irresponsive. I exited the game, logged back in and instead of letting me pick one of my characters, it's asking me to re-enter my arkhunter name...

Did the game/server just wiped my characters or what ?

shut off the system try a reboot again?

Turns out that for some odd reason, due to the server crashing/timing out, the Glyph launcher magically changed the "server" in the top right corner from North America to Europe, hence why there were no characters.

So just changing the launcher back to NA fixed the issue ..
