I'd say make the "stabilization sight" for all weapons maintain over the older shoulder view. if you look what it does to the weapons it adds a little sight (similar to reflex or holo) or even a little laser pointer at the tip of the rifle. given the modification it gives to the weapon it seems fitting and i find it ridiculous that it uses the same reticle as other sights as opposed to maintaining over the shoulder view. (commando scope is re-used for the stabilization scope for the AR/SMG/LMG)

I agree in that being scoped in with certain weapons is just dumb. I do like the scopes on the ARs though, so maybe if they made one of them a reflex site and left the others as an actual scope. It might just work that way, but having a scope on a shotgun or a pistol is just dumb.

Would like to add my support to the inclusion of reflex sights. It would be nice to have the benefits of a sight mod without the magnification of a full scope.

Putting a "complete zoom" scope on my FRC Saw completely changed the experience... Another vote for optional reflex sites!

I tried putting a scope on my shotgun that fires slugs and that stayed 3rd person.
