Well I personally, would be in no big hurry to help someone who did this. As stated above, there's a confirmation. There is also the FAVORITES marker. I wouldnt feel obligated to restore your items. And anyone who gets their stuff restored should feel privaledged.

Good thing your not a Trion customer service rep. Mistakes happen, some people do not understand the game mechanics. There is no tutorial to explain all these features to newer players.
He should be granted a one time restoration and coached on how to favorite his inventory so it does not happen again.

Then there's the lag issue, where it seems like the system has locked up, you try pressing a few buttons to check and nothing, then as you go to switch off a bunch of commands that stacked during the lag stage execute one after the other and you just get to sit and watch, or the press a button nothing happens, did I press that? Hmmm press it again and the 1st press decides to register too taking you further into the menu than you intended to be, yeah accidents happen, even after playing over 2 years

I did this once, deleted about 50 oj weapons & 3 oj grenades!!
Banged my head on the desk a couple times and learned to favorite my stuff. Best way to learn is for it to hurt.

Talked with Customer Service, and you should have a response to your ticket Andy.

PT, Destro, I think this sell all feature probably needs some modification or even removal. I've seen this happen so many times to other people and every one of those incidents requires CS support (which obviously reduces rep time available for other tickets) and forces the player to take downtime from the game due to the rollback nature of the fix. It's really doing more harm than good at this point. Imagine if "mass breakdown" did not have a rarity filter--that's kind of what the sell all button is doing right now.

The favorites system is pretty unwieldy with a large inventory size so it is only a band-aid really.

People just need to be more careful and actually read the game instructions (the favorite interface (not to mention it is 100% intuitive) is well explained in the intelligence tab which i reached the first day when i started to play the game just by following the on screen instructions, nothing hidden nor obscure there)

We are willing to restore your character to a backup prior to the rollback, however, you will lose any progress you have made since the rollback. If you wish to do this, please update this ticket with the general date/time you wish to have your character restored to. If you spent credits during this time, please include that in your update."

I responsed three time on ticket and wait another day again, still nobody dealing it

Not saying removal is the only option. There is a relatively easy solution: make sell all filter by rarity the same way mass breakdown does.

Totally agree and the "mass breakdown" connote player that the filter also works on "sell all", so when player clicks "yes" on "mass sell" with fatigue and impatience they would forget the mass sell would not filter any purple and oj

when you made many lockboxs open and selling the unwanted purples and ojs , its easy to happen when you rapid switch from "sell" and "sell all" and "favourate" just like you made traffic violations even its "well explianed" on ur driving study.
