Dont need to, but then again, you pay for a service, device or some other object, you expect to beable to use it, as listed, within its reason. IF you give them optimal time and they dont take corrective action, of course you can go the extra step. Its not being a scumbag, its be a proactive consumer who wants to have what they purchased, or be refunded in full for being lied to at the sales point (Weather it be trion, the game store, or whom ever is the responsible medium for distribution) weather it be digital content, or physical content.Originally Posted by Rikomi
