After leveling it, the bonus stat gave damage when you were above the enemy.
Now, it gives a straight damage boost, 1.04% but still.

Am I going crazy or is this intentional?

The EMC XR-22? Not sure.. I haven't maxed it out yet. Do you mean the bonus stat description changed after maxing it out?

Yup, it originally was bonus damage when you're above the enemy, like the perk. Now it's a base damage boost, minor change but still threw me for a loop.

This is another bug carried over from testing. Please make sure to /bug this in-game so we can be sure it gets into the database for the release version? I'm not sure if they track them separately for release vs the different tests, so it's probably better to do it and be safe.

I haven't quite got that far yet, but I'll put it on my list of things to watch for so I can /bug it when I get the gun myself and level it.

Yes, it is random, but the thing is that it randomizes every time I log on.

Yeah, the EMC XR-22 assault rifle. It gave 9% damage from above when I first leveled it. Signed on earlier today and it say 1.04% damage instead. So basically it nerfed my gun.
