Why complain, when you dont know the process?

I've seen A LOT of complaints, some less relevant than others. People keep complaining, saying Trion don't care or don't want to fix the problems. Of course they are looking into minor and major problems and bugs with the game.. And trying their best to fix it, thats why there are patches, the first big patch is also coming the 15th(?) of April!

Why start a new thread every time a little thing don't work? Send a bug or feedback report..

Instead of complaining, we should thank them for doing so much. Those who just look at the forums don't know what amount of man power looking into everything, from the Xbox connectivity problem to minor stuff as a bug here and there. This is a new game, that hosts thousand of people on a single map. The game hits one week since launch o Monday. Be patient..

Again, send a bug report or feedback for bugs and glitches, and if you need help, start a live chat or ask the forum

You're just in a good mood because of the fjords.

They released a beta, probably as a rush in order to have it out the same time as the show. Charging full price for an unfinished game is a bit ridiculous, and is a valid reason for any consumer to be upset. You wouldn't expect to pay full price for a half eaten apple, yet in the video game industry we see this more and more. I am personally fond of the game, but I am not fond of being taken advantage of.

You have to complain, even if you don't know how it works. If all you ever do is give thanks and praise to a developer, they start to think they can do no wrong and will actively start to silence any kind of criticism, and without constructive criticism to let them know what they could improve upon, they'd slowly (or quickly) kill off them game by not fixing issues. It's frustrating to see negative posts all the time, but the devs need to look at them to try and find out what can and cannot be fixed. If we are just super happy and praising to them, they'll never figure out what to fix or worse, think nothing needs to be fixed and that everything is just peachy keen.

You absolutely need to have negative posts that are at least somewhat constructive, I know I'm repeating myself, but I've seen forums where the devs would ignore any and all negative posts and only give a canned "Nice! You're welcome!" post in the brown-nosing threads. It wasn't a shock to see those games go under shortly afterwards (usually a year or two) because the developers thought they were doing everything right and ended up with an inflated ego.

Can you tell me what was unfinished, or give an example?
Most of what I have seen are bugs, but that happens on all electronics.
Telling someone how they can improve is 200% more helpful then telling someone that they need to improve.

Idk about others, but when a MMO is released I dont expect it to be 100% done, there would be no improvements, and only a few hours of fun then.. People complain to much, not realizing its not 100% done, and they think that fixing problems are just clicking a button or two.. Things take time...

Read half of your comment, because you need to read it all. Did you not get the part with "send in bug or feedback reports" thats where they will get their feedback about bugs and other problems. The forums arent the place to complain. People need to realize that they are working on it, and the proof is that there is a server restart now, so stop being so depressing.

Didnt mean to be rude, but you obviously didnt read it all. The fact that people keep posting complaints on the smallest thing on the forums, keeps annoying me. For ingame bugs, use the ingame report a bug button!
