Why complain, when you dont know the process?

See what it is this is like every other MMO forum in history of games. Kids think they know better and all it takes it cut and paste to get what they want in a game. So they come to the forums whine and gripe like the spoiled child they are. They dont take time to figure things out they dont take time to search they want desk side service.

That being said you also have the others who think they are being nice and helping and so on who post great things but those know how the others act so in truth its just troll baite because they know the whiners will come in ranting and raveing.

So what you have is pretty much a Teen TV show in text "Tune in next week when Sara calls gobie a man *****"

That makes more sense, people need to think for themself some times, "half of the missions" are bugged or glitched, but in the end people find out they didnt kill all the NPCs or something like that.

I see most of the complaints coming from people who are ignorant (not using that word as an insult, but a description.) This game brought about a new sort of player to the "MMO" community, I believe and from what I have read it has brought in more "single" player gamers. These people do not understand the vastly complicated mechanics of MMOs. I personally believe that Trion understands this and takes this into account about bug reports, foolish reviews by amateurs, and other uneducated people; however, I do not mind so much discussion about bugs on the forums. I believe it is important for the players to be able to vent their frustrations and share their criticisms with one another. From my understanding of Trion they are one of the few companies that still take their fan base serious and want to make them happy within reason.

With all of that being said I will say this, I have beta tested games sense 1998 (starting with EQ). This game was not released beta. This is by far one of the cleanest launches of an MMO that I have seen in the thirty years of MMOs (if you want to be technical about it), but vastly believed that it is only sixteen years old. Which every number that you want to recognize of the age of MMOs, this is a very clean release.

Discussion and complaints are good for the community, the discussion to keep the community alive, and the complaints to see there are still things to do. But when people start whining, I get irritated. You got a point, when you say that single players start playing a MMO, they are used to the game to be finnished. This game is not finished, that is one of the points of a MMO, it should be in constant developing. But instead of facing the truth, they start crying.

My point is that players need to be more patient, this has been a clean release. Just look at SimCity,thats a good example of a release that has not been as clean. Servers crashed, people could not log in, and so on. (though its not a MMO)

I just want people to face that Trion and the Defiance team are doing a great job!
