Quest: A bullet for a madman?

What is the trick to finish this quest, I have failed so many times is not even funny.

I finished this quest last night not really that hard, but you need to listen to the verbal ques. The main one being the little guys that spit flame at you forget there name shoot them a few times when they fall over carefully aim and put one shot on the tank on there back. They start burning and run under the guy on the cat walk and disable his shield long enough to do some dmg. Keep doing that till you win and keep the adds thinned out.
