Personally, Kiwibird has been very helpfull on many different occasions. LoCarb has helped me clear up a couple issues with a quickness from time to time. And PhantasieTrion, has gone way above and beyond for me. (I have been sworn to secrecy however, and can only say phantasie has earned a whole wagon of girl scout cookies)
Also from the wonderfull support ticket team, GM Stormlock, GM hammhamm & GM cilesh have ALWAYS been great to me and cleared up my issues swiftly.

Thanks everyone who posted. It's nice to see some positive in light of the many frustrations we've encountered lately. I think it's these positive experiences that keep us going. For me at least.

I love this game, and I'm totally addicted to it as the only on-line game I play, so a big tip of the hat to all the Devs, past, present, and future for that!
Both Kiwibird and PhantasieTrion have been great when I had PM dealings with them over the year (or two, time flies!) I've been in game!
Even the forum moderator who sanctioned me on the forums for asking a question about process (against the forum rules) was super nice about it in his PMs! LOL!
And even when we had the flack over the night porter outfit not being in drops at the special events as promised in the official email to the players at the special Heartbreaker event, they were super polite about it here on the forums!
Still hope to see a version of the night porter outfit in the bits store like was suggested though! Just saying!

As much as people bash this game and complain, they are either still here or keep coming back. That speaks for itself. I enjoy this game and think its great, ever since the first time I played. It has had its ups and downs but things seem to be on the up and up. As with all games there are many whiners and crybabies who need something to complain about but thats just life...

We've had some recent changes that help us catch people in the act, but player reports still help. Cheating has no place in Defiance. If you see someone cheating, make sure to submit a ticket to our support team for investigation.
