So it's a... Quartermaster-cannoneer synergy with more lifesteal than Purge and a (probably) more interesting Ammo thing than Prepared. But better.

Do you get random mods with random rarity for a random weapon on the box too ?

Yes, you get random mods too, and can get up to orange mods, or so they say.
