You're listing the contents of 2 different bundles. Each pack includes an Adapted Weapon Box with the latter two having different contents. The text you pasted is from the Apex Bundle ($99.99) while the Steam link you posted is the Adapted Bundle ($4.99).
So is the one on steam 4.99 does it included the 2 extra character slots, the bigger key limit, and inventory like the store defiance version which is only a dollar?

my question still hasn't been answer, can a dev answer it please so i know what im buying. When you buy the game version in the store which is only a dollar, it comes with extras, including 2 exta slots, bigger inventory, bigger key holds, i just want to know does that DLC listed on steam come with those things. if not, i just buy the dollar box version.
It does not come with that stuff. It's not listed on the bundle. The bundle tells you exactly what you'll get for buying it.
