Bought the $50 bit pack (5200Bits) on 4/2/13 from the ps3 in-game store..still haven't got them or a reply from the email i sent them.Also getting the error messages "Unable to buy bits, account needs updating"

I had same problem the other day, I sent a bug report and got them added an hour later. Keep checking your bits in game, hopefully you won't have to wait long.
