    Returning player, character deleted.

    Hey everyone,

    So I preordered the CE of Defiance way back when it was first announced. I played for a few months then quit. Now that the game is free to play I had the itch to return to it to see what's different. I logged in today and found that none of my characters were available to play and I had to reroll a new character. On top of that it seems like my preorder and CE bonuses are now no longer available either.

    Is this common? Did Trion do a wipe or something? I don't really mind releveling a new character but I'd at least like the pre-order and CE bonuses that I *paid* for.

    submit a tickit to trion and they will fix that ish...... might takem 2 weeks

    Try linking your account?username and password for trion should give you access .

    I'm playing on PC. It says that account linking is not available for PC.

    Did you use the same E-Mail Address to log in to your Trion Account as before?
    Did you check the region you're playing on? Glyph has a drop down menu in the top right corner.

    There hasn't been any wipe as far as I am aware.
    To check if you applied any codes to the Trion Account you are logging in with, check this here: https://glyph.trionworlds.com/commer...m-voucher-flow
    It only shows the last 10 codes or so, but if you haven't played in a while, that shouldn't be a problem.

    If you manage to get to the account you have your goodies on, don't forget to put in the Season 3 Ego codes found here: http://www.defiancedata.com/egocodes.php

    On the launcher change the region from us to Europe or vice versa, same thing happened to me.
    Platform: PC
    Region: EU
    Character: Garu
    Ego: 2200+
