Unfair scores and threat level

Today i made a Top Noch mission Hellbug Horror.
I start it myself only,the threat level was 5(easy). Then comes a guy with 375 ego, with bad weapons and low skills. Say calmly, he was useless, but the threat level jumps to 10 and the joint ego jumps to 4750.Everything has become more difficult, and I had the hard part, and I not even hoped he revive me, therefore i have 5 downs and need 2 times to going back to extraction point.At the end this was the end result.

Well, if you didn't go down 5 times, you'd have more points than your friend there.

What are your perks? Weapons? Cyber rig?
At 4260, you should be able to handle threat 10, in my opinion.
Perhaps using those 45 ego units into some useful perks would help.

Something is not rite here. It should have only rose to TL 6 with his ego. Useless? He got 49 kills. There may have been a high ego in the area.

It shouldn't have raised that high with that low of level, someone else must have been creeping the area.

the problem with hellbug horror is when someone fast travels to happy pow farms the threat goes to 10 even they're not doing the mission and doing hh on threat 10 is a pain especially the monarch alpha

That's the unfair. I'm 5 times down because I had the hard part in front of enemies,he just only run far on the edges. I can't use that 45 ego units because i can't buy any dlc.In the base game i fulled off all perks. And I can handle threat level 10 but it hard to me alone ,and because the higher damage deal(even in joint ego,that deal more than a simple weaps) with fully modded sol's assault and fully modded legendary rocket launcher,the enemies target me overwhelmingly.You see the another example for threat level, wich is fair. Example icursion. we are 5-6-10,the joint ego even 4750 and the threat level is 10.

Yup. Even someone standing across the road from the vendors/fenceline is still in the zone. Even though they aren't in the blue circle.
Hellbug Horror is always being bumped to TL 9 - 10.
The final fight can be chaotic for someone new to the game (And at 4260 it's going to require you move....or die).
The big thing to remember is to focus fire the Matron as much as possible when she's up. As her death ends the encounter (all remaining bugs will burrow away).

You have access to every ego perk you need. Even without the DLC's Nikko.
I'll be blunt: Expecting a very low ego, possibly new player to get you up is not something I would get stressed about.
New players are not going to know every part of the game yet.
And if they are the only other one there: Odds are they will get downed just trying to help you.
The focus here is more on your ability to stay UP...
And again: That 375 ego toon is NOT the one that's pushing you up to TL 10.
Hellbug Horror is ALWAYS being pushed to TL9-10 because of people out by the vendors: You have to expect that and be ready.

yeah,its easy to kill enemies what i attenuated before,because i not shoot only one enemy in same time.

Take it a s a challenge, score isn't the end all be all anyway. Get tactical and bang it out who cares if your score was the best or if you get downed a couple times. Threat level was up not because of that low level guy but others in the area. It can be frustrating but at the end of day it is a game right and what's the fun if it's never hard?
