Instead, theyre just adding abit of everything as if theyre just rolling the weapon normally, not hand picking the rolls.

To each their own, I can think of a number of guns I'd prefer seeing an OJ reload on instead of what they got, for example my Rad ST BR, it got OJ Crit which considering how low it's crit is and that it's fire pattern means a significant amount of rounds aren't hitting crit spots is a total waste. Give me an OJ reload on it so I can keep pumping rounds into targets and I'd be much happier.

Maybe we should start a list again of weapons we'd like to see made jackpots out of and I'm not talking event jackpots. Regular elite box jackpots. An emc service rifle, commando smg, full auto frontier assault, tn boomer, Votan blast rifle, Votan pulser, 7th legion sumI or nezumi, a casthian surge bolter.
I mean the first jackpot was a eec wildcat after all. While there have been some good jp weapons. I'd say none of the rolls compare to that of the 1st one.

Oj dmg>oj crit on a blast rifle, blast rifles are meant for bodyshots, I believe, so oj crit isn't as useful.
There's a reason why oj reload guns are not worth as much as dmg.

I agree OJ DMG would be best on a BR, just saying that having the faster reload would also be better than a crit roll that adds almost nothing to the crit mult and even less in actual usable damage.
Point is many weapons can run through their mags very quickly and the time you shave off the reload is often worth more in actual combat than a small increase in crit damage which can often be highly situational for most players.
Maybe you're super soldier gamer and always hit crit spot on all enemies but myself and I'm betting majority of others see majority of their fire going into the greater body mass of the target.
Keeping up a constant stream of fire with minimul delay for reloads will equate to a greater DPS over time.
