Missing Lock Box

I bought a level 4 lockbox with resources on Wednesday and did not get any items. One time is not that big of a deal. I reported it in game and wanted to post it here too.

I have bought it twice more since then with resources and have not had an issue.

Once I thought that I bought LB4 and got nothing. But items have appeared in the inventory, just there were no message on the screen what I get.
