Im sure it can due to all the raging little kids that dont know how MMO's are a bit fritzy at the start and return their copys. though im sure its like $50 USD still.

There's no code associated with the actual playing of the game, so I'm going to assume so. The only code in my box gave me a shotgun or something.

Yes, all it is for Xbox is a game client. No online pass is needed like other games.

I've been telling my friends to go pick up used copies from nearby stores as there are impatient kids selling it back. All you need is Xbox LIVE Gold and dedicated internet...no pass code, as stated before.
