Hey there all,

This is the question collection thread for this week's Defiance Developer Q&A. If you'd like to add your question in or you have any concerns, this is your thread! Questions will be drawn on Wednesday and the thread will be closed after the questions have been drawn to prevent confusion.

- Will Ark Salvage ever become meaningful again? As it stands now, it's a fairly useless 'currency'. Returning some of the utility that was shifted to Arkforge would make it useful again. Mumbling something about 'Inflation' is not a satisfactory excuse/answer.

- Will there ever be meaningful inventory management available? Having everything in one long list makes things rather difficult and unwieldy when you're looking at 100+ items. Something like tabs would be helpful. Perhaps having separate tabs for consumables (grenades, spikes and stims), mods, weapons and 'wearables' (shields, chips and rigs), for example?

- Any plans to tweak EGO gains so players who don't care about PVP can reach max EGO? The same goes for some of the 'fluff' content like Time Trials, etc..

- Any plans to follow MS/Sony's lead and change the store to cash pricing instead of faux currency, so people know what things really cost, and can buy what they want without having to purchase excess Bits to do it?

- Will prices in the Bit Store be coming down to more realistic levels? Lets be honest, the majority of the stuff in the store is just recolors of other things that already exist. Changing the color doesn't really justify charging a premium.

- Any chance we could get a shared bank/footlocker for all of our characters? Some sort of transfer option that doesn't involve having to find someone trustworthy to hold our items (when their inventory space is already at a premium!) while we swap characters?

- Last week there was a patch to address latency. However, there are still significant latency issues on the PC NA servers post-patch, not all of which are related to sieges/conflicts. What is the plan going forward to address this?

- Are they any plans to deal with leechers who exploit conflicts, sieges, arkfalls and other events? They'll run in, shoot one or two things, then run off to do expeditions and still get credit for completing daily/weekly contracts, pursuits, and rewards for the event.

Can you please explain in detail the introduction of Supreme weapons? And what do you have in mind with them? (ie are they droppable, upgradeable from legendary, will named weapons be automatically upgraded etc)

Can we get Oj rigs added to the Alcatraz vendors. Currently their is no trading rigs or chips so its not an economy issue, and the droo rates for oj rigs are atrocious. Please give is a secondary way to earn those rigs as the current system only rewards the extremely fortunate. With all of the disconnects suffered with that instance, I would like to think I am making progress with each rig or chip pull toward a greater goal, instead of just accumulating more of a currently worthless currency.

Rashere recently added manu bonus to the jackpot wildcat making it a true jackpot could he please add a nano resistance to the respark regenerator jackpot so it is a real jackpot like the GA?

Pretty much whats the deal with Supreme weapons? Is it just an idea that was being played with and wasn't meant to get on PTS and somehow did?

Do the Devs actually spend any time playing the public release version of the game on the various supported systems?

I'd like to know that they actually spend time on a PS3, XBox, PC playing the game the same way we do and having to deal with the same issues we have to without immediate access to their Dev toolbox.

Recent thread asking for details regarding Incursion/siege issues made me question if they were spending any time with actual public release version.

Also seemed like the sort of thing you'd see in a public release beta test, not a game that's been "complete" for 2+ years.

I love the game and hope all it's many issues get fixed and that it will be around for years to come. That said it would be nice hearing that the people responsible for keeping it going are as invested in it as the community that is paying their saleries.

I can tell you that Phantasie has atleast most of the achievements on Xbox. Trick had about a fourth of them on Xbox when he was still around.

Please look at this thread and give it some steam. We need to pitch some ideas that wont hurt the economy horrendously. I doubt they will address the issue until they have some options.

Why was the option to submit tickets/bug reports in game removed? There are a lot of us on consoles that would like to help fix bugs, but we shouldn't have to stop what we are doing and run to the PC to help when there was a system already in place.
