Badlands Drifter title moved from DDE to CE

Today i finally was able to connect through live chat to support about items missing in Digital Deluxe Edition
He told me

[06:11:10 PM] GM Grimthaldor: After a little research into the issue I have found that the Badlands Drifter title has been moved to the Collector's Edition and is not currently, or going to be in the future, available for Digital Deluxe editions.

Yet it continue to be advertised as a part of DDE edition on Trion website, Steam etc.

That's not fair to the people that pre-ordered the DDE, what the hell? They clearly stated the DDE would have it then went and Ninja'd it back to CE? I sure hope the GM's wrong.

I got Badlands Drifter and I ordered DDE.

I preordered it several weeks before launch, and to be honest feel extremely disappointed with that way of dealing with customers.

Really glad I didn't buy anything other than the standard edition now... all these problems, items not being delivered, false advertisement, giving the wrong items.... this is just bad juju.

report it to the BBC -> www.bbb.org/ I may be able find a screenshot as I take screenshots of all my my pre-order purchases.

Sadly that BBC work in USA, not in my country. Maybe that one of USA customers affected by that will report it.
I still hope that it just some support mistake and not real developers decision.
They still advertise Digital Deluxe as bundle that includes this title.

I think a lot of the issues regarding the item confusion is people not being able to understand how to get them and claim them... also inability to read. I had zero problems claiming all of my items when I did it properly. None of my friends I guided through doing it had any problems either.
