    Msvcp100.dll is one of the most important files in windows and if you get the msvcp100.dll missingnotification, it means that softwares that require dll to run stop working. The work around for this problem is by installing Microsoft’s redistributable packages, which you have already done. The second method is downloading the DLL files from external resources. You should download only the one that is verified over the internet, and when downloading the file you need to be careful that you download the version sa per your system requirements,i.e. 32 bit / 64 bit.
