Buying US Ultimate Edition.

As title states, i really want to get the Ultimate Edition of this game, but so far it is only being released in the US.

My question is, if i get a friend to buy this and ship it to me, can i use it for EU servers or is it region locked?

Or my other thought would be it doesnt matter where you buy it as you can change region servers.

If I remember correctly the console versions are locked to a region pc aren't. The UE is available from amazon UK as well only thing missing as far as can be seen is the making of DVD (I think this is due to the tv rights most likely).

You can order them at Amazon.co.uk or gamestop.co.uk if i recall this last one correctly
